What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very sociable, positive, friendly, and good-spirited. I love working and laughing and doing things with them! They make me happy to come to work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team here at TaskUs is phenomenal. TaskUs puts a lot of work into hiring the RIGHT people, and it shows. Team leads truly care about your success, and as someone with big dreams and ambitions, to see someone is invested in that as well is my favorite thing about leadership.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, and I think the pay is fair. Some companies offer more, $15 for the same position I'm working in. But no company I have ever worked for has put this much effort into truly taking care of their employees and motivating them. That more than makeups for the dollar difference.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The emphasis on knowing that people are people and everyone is different. I don't feel like a number here at ALL, and that's something special. I also think they put a lot of time into building the individual but also finding people that fit the culture, which is why we all get along so well.
