What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The value and belief we have that people feel better/more appreciates/comfortable when they are allowed to look/dress/be exactly who they are. TaskUs does not care what agents dress like, because we are not judged by that, but instead by our ability to do our job.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to develop my team, to work with each of my employees individually, achieving personal *and professional goals. To see my employees succeed and being given the freedom to do so- that our coachings aren't solely focused on metrics, but on the actual person and their goals/dreams/hopes
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is the cohesion with which we function. The next best thing is the freedom we are given to be whomever it is that we are/dress/etc. and how that allows us to be comfortable being ourselves AND doing a better job while at work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I manage a team of 16+ people, launched a brand new campaign, stepped in to cover OM duties when mine was out for an extended period, and perform duties, daily, beyond the requirements of my role. As a team lead here, I make as much as I did an entry-level teammate taking phone calls at my prior job
