What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that most of them work together and stick together to make sure that things get done in a structured and appropriate manner.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team directly is great at working together and are self sufficient. My co-workers are also my team and they work very well together as TL's.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to see people succeed and reach goals. Seeing people smile on this side and feeling good about the work they are able to achieve.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It feels like the side I work for is a separate part of TaskUs. I see posts all over the place and see how happy all the other campaigns are, but my side seems to be like a separate part where we are left out of not cared for as much.
