The trainees! I have an opportunity to help them develop themselves in the campaigns material and their professional goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish there was more opportunity for growth for the trainers, In addition more leadership training for all members of management.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the most when leadership is transparent with anything that may be ongoing and the opportunity to be as creative as possible.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are not co workers we are a blended family, and we treat each other as such. This makes it very easy for us to adapt to each other and situations at hand.
