It is very competitive and the bonus is a big plus. It motivates me to do more.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very knowledgeable, smart, and always willing to do better. We motivate each other to complete tasks in a timely manner, we are allowed to fail learn and try again.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They genuinely care about their employees and their families. Barriers or hierarchies that exist in other organizations are non existent and leadership routinely asks what to improve and how. They show they care by engaging their employees personally though email, phone or in person.
