What makes you most happy at work?
The people that I am surrounded by. They are super awesome, I'm so grateful for being able to meet the wonderful people I have met since working at TaskUs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We really are like a family and not just coworkers. We go out and do things that aren't company related outside of work just because we are that comfortable with each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like we get paid enough to live comfortable. I am able to have all of my bills paid and still be able to go out and have fun with my friends and family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like that our leadership team cares about us not just as employees but as people. They don't look at us like we're just a number, they genuinely know that we are human beings & we aren't perfect. I feel like that's what every company needs.
