It's really great, but there's always room for improvement. Like I said earlier, the company should give a higher and better compensation and benefits package.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most acquaintances, colleagues and peers working for other BPO companies receive higher and better compensation than us. With living costs and expenses on the rise due to inflation, I think the company should give us a higher compensation as well. The Human Project is not enough and does not work.
