Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know that I am underpaid, by at least 30%, compared to my peers, yet we have the same responsibilities.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people understand the culture that the company, and they really live up to it. It makes the overall vibe more fun and engaging.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It really is designed based on the function that a candidate is applying for, with a process that ensures the best of the best are selected.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I grew internally and my compensation is lower compared to the people who were hired externally, despite tenure and being one of the top performers in the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is direct in telling you what opportunities you can improve on, takes extreme ownership, and they know how to genuinely interact with all of the people in the organization.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team doesn't treat each other like family, because as a team we all want to improve and be successful. This comes along with being open-minded and always striving to self-improve. Unlike in a "family", co-workers tend to accept one's flaws.
