Overall, neutral, if I'm going to combined all the good and bad things that happened in the past and the present. I'm just good that I have work, that's it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They are really filtering the applicants.

Health Benefit for 2 Dependents.

I don't know, maybe for my Immediate Manager, I'm all good

Everything, from my team, co-TL's, Managers, the amenities, the food forward...EVERYTHING!

None, what I know is I just need to work for a living
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This is not the typical BPO, they REALLY CARE for their ASSET which is their PEOPLE.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Flexible and Durable due to changes that needs to be made. The why's just needs to be explained to them
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Benefits - Food Forward, Scholarship / Environment - Almost all of the people I've known already transferred to another company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm good at first, the reason why I transfer here at Task Us was because of the Environment but it's all gone now and for the salary, it's sad that there's a TL that way way way way way higher than your salary, like almost 15,000 difference and yet same position.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've worked with a lot of managers before and the way they lead and treat people is way far than others. Most of the managers I've been with look at you as their number but here at Task Us, there's really no title....you will feel that you can talk with them, they treat people as PEOPLE not KPI.
