I've been with the company for almost 6 years and since day 1, I felt that I am really part of the family. All leaders are very approachable and friendly, they really cared about your progress.

I've been with the company for more than 6 years now and I have never felt any differences with other people. I am already 54 years old but my age never been a hindrance in developing myself with training that was provided by the company, they still invested in me.

It is the culture of being one in achieving a common goal. It gives me the energy to be more passionate in performing my role as a life coach.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We can have the chance to have a salary increase 2x a year through our Human Project. If we did well, we can get as much as a 26% increase per annum.

We work hard and be ridiculously good with each other. I feel like we are one big family that look after each other. The office theme will make you feel good and relax.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewer will make you feel at ease as if you've been a friend for long. So there's no pressure, you will feel relax. They are all friendly with a genuine smile at all time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am part of the support group and we deal with life issues challenges of the teammates. This is a very sensitive position that we need to keep the balance. Though we got the chance to take 2x a year increase granted we do the human project program to get your desired increase yet thankful also.
