What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have scheduled time for "Wellness" which ensures we are not being overworked. We also have sufficient hours for coaching sessions and this is vital in terms of making lasting and conversations.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to the employees and makes it their best to deliver on all valid and beneficial suggestions. They really invest in people and ensures that all the employees are well taken cared of.
