Interacting with my people and strategizing in order to help them improve and be successful
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is very welcoming despite the diversity of folks in it. Most people are very accommodating.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The effort they put through in setting up and conducting trainings that aid in the people development specific to skills & competencies building
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is a group of goal-driven people who take responsibility and accountability of their actions. I am very confident that they will still do their tasks well even if I am not looking.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The subjectivity of the final interview where TLs/OMs get to take part in making sure that the people getting selected on particular campaigns are those whose skills and behavior are best suited at it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Given how competitive TaskUs is as a BPO company with highly-skilled people who put effort in everything that they do in comparison to the rest of the companies in the industry, I think it's high time to increase the employee compensation package
What makes you most happy at work?
The nature of my task that is something I'm very passionate about. I am able to apply my expertise not only while doing my own thing but in making sure I am able to help my teammates out in developing their potentials and becoming who they want to be - better and bolder.
