I just miss the old culture of TaskUs where it's really a safe space to express yourself. Right now, it is being destroyed by leaders who are not really a culture fit for the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Happy people, ridiculously good culture and events.
What makes you most happy at work?
Workmates, work itself, Food Forward, facilities, etc.

There's a visibility and transparency within the organization.

Everyone is happy even though tired from work.

You can be yourself because people embrace diversity here.

Very fast and well-processed. Recruiters are also very accommodating.

Right now, the leadership is not in my favor.

Very open to criticism that will help the team's growth.

Outside of our team, the culture and environment are great!

Leaders who listen. But in our team, it's not what's happening.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are actually lacking manpower so we work almost 20 hours every day.

L1 to Sup level, we align and help each other to make things work.

We think outside of the box and do more with less but at the same time, ridiculously good!

They are great leaders who make sure that we grow from what we do and they put their whole trust in their people which motivates us more to do our best.
