Very relaxed interview sessions. Does not seem that the interviewers are prying you for answers

We are very ridiculous. From the office design to the benefits that have. Our teammates are also very fun and engaging.

There are new challenges everyday but I have my team to guide me along the way. Everyone is friends with each other

There is a constant effort to make teammates and everyone in the company happy. Culture team is very active and the environment is superb

Everyday I have new tasks so it doesn't get boring. My relationship with the people in my department is very strong and tightly knit

They allow you to grow at the pace that you should be in. Very tailor-fit leadership and coaching style. Managers are good friends as well.

Salary compensation is higher than average in the PH but it could be better by throwing in more allowances and maybe a mid year bonus soon.

Leaders hone you to be the best possible person you can be (both in your job and in life). Continuous upskilling is encouraged and supported by leaders

Events and culture are always at the forefront at TaskUs so it would not be a surprise that the company is top notch at interacting and forging relationships with their employees
