I'm blessed and I've so happy to have been given the chance to work for TaskUs. My heart is flowing with gratitude.
Very Fun. Fun Fun Fun.
Great is an understatement. Like I said, I'm blessed.
I couldn't be more proud that I am part of TaskUs. I love being here and I'm excited to see what else we can do in the future
Everyone's strong in his/her own right.
People-First which is pretty rare in the industry
Most times, I feel I matter.
The quick turnaround time is definitely a stand-out.
The above industry basic pay.
Diversity. Passion. Purpose. Technical Proficiency.
The company's values align with my values as a person.
My team, the work that we do and again the possibilities
TaskUs stays true to its claims that its a frontline first company
We're a dynamic team with differing strengths but manages to complement each other.
My manager needs to listen more. If you're not heard, it makes you feel undervalued.
The possibilities. I love that we are not confined by standards, we're given freedom to explore.
The company values are the same as my personal values. As earlier stated, the company is very related, values included.
We all have something concrete to share. My team is composed of the best professionals I've ever met in my entire career.
The reality of learning something new each day. Also the abundance of growth opportunities which is pretty scarce/limited in the (BPO) industry.
For a few years now, I am underpaid. It'll make me feel better if I will be given a raise that I deserve.
They're all motivated and driven at what they do. They are all so relatable too and that is an ingredient in motivating the workforce,
Constant and consistent communication on what's happening above—the plans of the company, where we are headed in the near future, growth, and expansion, and sometimes, even failures
The overall feels. Things aren't always comfortable, sometimes we struggle with workloads and deadlines, but the love and passion in the air make up for every challenge we encounter.
I feel like I've found my tribe. Being able to find like-minded individuals wanting to do great each and every day is a luxury. I'm blessed to have been part of my team.
Too many to mention. LOL No, but seriously, there's really a lot - if I have to give one, it's the culture that they've established and is ingrained in everyone's striation.
I know I am paid less than the value I bring. A pay increase would be great, also commissions would be good too since we are one of the few revenue-generating teams in the organization.
Everyone adds value to what we do. Each and everyone possesses a strength that when shared with a bigger group, will spell wonders for the entire org. I love that my team's professional ethics are so high.
We get treated as professionals. Some employers would "baby" you and treat you like a kid. It may work for some people especially if they are not passionate with their work, but not for a true-blue professional. We thrive with challenges & we grow outside our comfort zones.
A slight increase in the base pay and anyone would be delighted to work at my job grade. What I'm getting is above the industry average, but it still falls short of the amount of dedication and hard work I put into what I do, not to mention the amount of work that the higher-ups expect you to do.
