What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the concept of the Human Project as this allows me to work on my passion & purpose while alongside my work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that we are encourage to be ridiculous with our ideas, this vibe foster a culture of creativity, positive-vibe, and can-do attitude.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My Team welcomes diversity, and for me working with different set of people enriches my ability to think out of the box, be creative, and be fluid in working with different teams.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My recruiter is very proactive during the entire interview process, she makes sure to keep me updated with schedule and other requirement needed allowing me to work on everything ahead of time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership Team in this company puts people first! They ensure that they take care of their people through holistic approach which allows them to nurture their strengths and improve on their weaknesses.
