Seeing my team and the great office space.

I really feel like they care about their employees.

Having healthcare from Day 1, as well as the manager's allowance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are on the same wavelength and we care about each other's health. We also support each other however we can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How everyone is so upbeat and enthusiastic. They really believe in what they do, and it inspires me to do my best too.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The panel interview with the bosses was very challenging in a good way. I was also surprised by how candid I was in the interview. I think that their personalities and the company culture brought that out in me.
