It's my first time to be an FTE in a BPO and from what I've heard from others and I experience in TaskUs, we're different from them. Leaders are very approachable, like they are just your friends but everyone shows mutual respect. The heirarchy doesn't really exist. Truly people-first.
The facilities, the flexibility, and subsidized meals.
They implement Ridiculous ideas. In a good way!
It has a ridiculously good culture.
They listen to people, their employees.
People-first, ridiculously good, open, and chill
Collaboration, mutual respect, diversity, approachable
Our people-first culture, as always
Auto approved leaves or time offs, flexible working conditions, competitive
We make the dream work with teamwork! Everyone is also approachable when you need help.
We are allowed to work anywhere we want and with that, trust becomes a solid foundation for everyone.
The HMO pre-existing conditions should be revisited as well as the accredited clinic/hospital services. It should be improved.
Salary, cool sites (but with the pandemic we immediately shifted to WFH), support the needs of our teammates
It was fast and convenient. We've done a phone call interview and a call via zoom and I took both in my most convenient place.
They put people first. Not that they are perfect. They commit mistakes and they swallow their prides and egos, to admit that they made mistakes. Yes, plural. That's rare.
