It has ups and downs but the ridiculously good culture of the company helped me who I am today as an individual. It also helped me be more passionate and thankful for my work.

The culture and my workmates are great! But we are still undervalued when it comes to the pay and of course, no work-life balance.

Still grateful that we have a job despite the pandemic. That's my motivation to work.

The ability to expand our compensation package by human project / doing good to the community.

Each day is a blessing if you have a stable and fast-growing company in times like this.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We make sure to bond even though we are working from home. Communication is also the key to our team's productivity.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The working hours are not equal to the compensation we receive. More work hours but still underpaid. I would feel better if our compensation is raised.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company makes sure that we are safe in times like this by declaring work-from-home first thing that the President announced it, Work hours are though sometimes because of the deadlines but the company can a lot a leave once it's done.
