I haven't been this happy working for a company. This has been the longest relationship I've had with a single brand.

I love the company's passion to do good.

The team dynamic is really appreciated. The team helps each other out.

They encourage growth and are very open to feed back. Communication is really good.

We are open with each other and always consider how each of us will work best in the group.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel as undervalued, but it would be great to get paid a little bit more I guess. The benefits are great but at the end of the day, I have bills to pay.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel very at home at work. The people seem to be aligned when it comes to our culture and mindset. It's easier to set goals for the company when you all mostly believe or support the same things
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health care. I said yes about my pay but eventually I /would/ like to get a decent increase. I feel like me being an internal hire for the People Branding team did not give me a chance to have an asking price for my position. So either a promotion or an eventual increase would be cool.
