Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
The company taught me to "learn and unlearn" things for continuous self improvement. I couldn't ask for a better set of leaders to manage our team. All the learnings and feedback are truly appreciated and motivated to apply.

HMO, basic salary, accessible office which makes it easier to save up.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The "Work Hard & Have Fun" mindset. Every project is something new to look forward to.

Getting to work and see my Teammates, handling different projects, showing TaskUs as the best place work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's at par with my expectations. But it could need more for all employees in general (e.g. Free flu vaccination, paid OTs for support, etc.)

It's unconventional. The interview process with my high-level executives were definitely something to look back at and I admire their efforts in making that ridiculously possible.

My team, my leaders, and the ground-breaking initiatives and projects that they allow me to conceptualize and execute. They gave justice to what work-life balance and passion really means. I love my job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
EXCELLENT LEADERSHIP: My managers and leaders taught me proven methods about branding, effective communication, and smart design. The company and its leaders have so many surprises that make every project exciting to work on.

TaskUs gave me extraordinary opportunities for continuous self improvement. There's a real working system in each department, which made me more excited to follow because it has clear visions and objectives to move forward.
