TaskUs has always been at the core of our values, and our daily interactions with everyone reflect exactly what our Core Values say.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that my network values my contributions, and are appreciative and respective of the value I add with the team, gives me the motivation and drive to continue what I do best.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My compensation is commensurate to the expected contributions I make for the organizations. TaskUs has also provided annual bonuses based on meeting the corporate goals, and the sum is hefty compared with my previous company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team collaborates - works collectively towards a common goal and we work well with our peers. We also are candid with feedback within the team and we are more difficult within our team than we are with others.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our Leaders have always been an Email, Chat or Phone Call away - they have always been supportive and transparent and it makes my role easier knowing that my leadership team are behind me and always available to make decisions or resolve issues.
