It's just every day, you feel and think you're surrounded by people who have a sense of creativity, purpose & innovation.

The leadership team comes from the place of having an intention to empower us and to give us a sense of purpose for what we're doing.

Compensation is good, though it's the cause or purpose that we're trying to advance every single day that makes it worth the hard work, effort, energy, and attention.

It is to look after the person to the right of me, and the person to the left of me is our capability, in other words, our ability to thrive as one.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The questions are pertaining to one's character more than the skillset and experience. Although it's also necessary, but not as much as being able to ensure we're a culture fit per se.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a safe environment where we can raise our hand and say, "I need help". And that's when our teammates come to our aid to give us a hand. It's such a collaborative environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Being in a purpose-driven organization has never been this good. Being a people-first organization makes us who we really are to wake up every morning to go to work and why people care about our work and why I care about my work.
