being a small company the fear job loss is there sometimes. being small means decision making is fast & agile. I wish the tools & systems are more user friendly(Gsuite is bad). The IT environment is very restrictive and hinders innovations - too many IT groups to navigate through.

i am paid as per industry standards and as per my level role comparable in the industry

active, vibrant and dynamic, havent seen a lot of bureaucracy being a small company culture is agile

they are open, honest and clear about the goals, there is a decent level of transparency in communication

value for the work i am doing and acknowledgement from manager that we are in the right direction
