This job has extremely allowed me to balance work and life. There are times when I would need to work long days, but they are always temporary. I feel that I am able to breathe and think through my tasks and therefore, perform at my best.

I am generally happy working for TaskUs but like all companies, it is not perfect. There are some policies that have opportunities for improvement. I am glad that there's an avenue to provide feedback and measure employee satisfaction.
