What is the best part about your compensation package?
SPIFF and year end bonus. Never had anything like this before.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are cool, upbeat, and supportive of one another, regardless of tenure.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen, engage, and talk to me about things not related to work! A first time for me (just joined TaskUs last September)
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Ops and support teams are too fragmented and operate at different timezones. Especially more evident during this pandemic, when the key individuals are not immediately accessible.
What makes you most happy at work?
Clients are innovative, modern, and easy to talk to. The tools at my disposal are innumerable, and my colleagues are supportive of me, given my relative new tenure.
