Overall, my experience has been very positive. I was immersed in a hard working, goal oriented team that welcomed me with open arms. I love the way the company sets goals, but even more, I enjoy knowing how I fit into those goals.

Overall, it's been a great experience. Remote work is a challenge as it blurs the line between work / life balance.

All teams work very hard and are passionate about the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Meeting goals, celebrating wins and the casual, but fun work environment at our offices.

Everybody is a hard, but fast worker. They also have a strong sense of emotional intelligence which makes each interaction enjoyable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the energy they bring to the organization. They set clear, but high expectations that feel attainable because we're all working together towards those goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our frontline first mentality. Everything we do as an organization is geared towards making the job, the task or the interaction faster and easier for the employee.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is firm, but fair. The company goals are set regularly (although sometimes late) and that provides direction on the micro goals we then set to support the company goal.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonuses can flex above and beyond 100% if the company exceeds expectations. Health benefit coverage is great, although expensive. However, premiums have not increased y/y which is good news for all of us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leaders are compassionate and they care about you as a friend and a coworker. Sometimes we get so busy we struggle to show it, but we never waiver from the compassion we have for each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
Wins! Big wins, small wins and missed wins. Achieving the win is great for my sense of contribution, but a missed win is a learning experience and I don't feel like a missed win is perceived negatively by my manager.
