Our core values are true to who we are and EasY to practice and call out and recognize team members. Every meeting we recognize people who are nominated for portraying core values.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that my team is open to all ideas both from above and below (or side to side) different orgs. We truly act and are one team regardless of what group you are in. Never worked anywhere where everyone helps contribute to the end result.
