Doing my job accurately while meeting the deadlines. Also I learn something different everyday
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team always have teamwork. This is very essential specially when doing several task with near deadlines.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The annual bonus. Not all companies put this as part of the compensation package. But luckily, TaskUs does.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are proactive. They always make sure we are at our best conditions whether it's work related or personal.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The questions asked were not the typical ones. There are no wrong and right answers to the questions. But each questions test your thinking.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are welcoming and friendly. You will never felt you were just a new employee. They are also engaging. It makes you want to join every activities they have whether it is work related or not
