My experience at TaskUs has been positive. I've been able to develop myself and my career in ways that were not possible at previous employers. The leadership team have high standards, and are incredibly helpful and supportive in the attainment of those goals.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
The people and mentors I have met at TaskUs have impacted my life in so many ways. I've been able to build skills here that I don't believe I would have had the chance to build elsewhere. I've had several different roles here, and in each one I have felt supported, trusted, and valued.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Executive leadership at TaskUs are both transparent and accessible.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy not having to worry about PTO accruals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Currently making 25K less than others in my position and location.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The PMO team keeps the company's goals on track to attainment across the organization.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Failures and misses are looked at as opportunities for improvement rather than treated punitively.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team practices transparency, and always makes an effort to do right by our frontline teammates.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with people I enjoy toward common goals. Working on projects that improve life for our teammates.

Working with excellent people who are passionate about their line of work, and getting to learn about their area of expertise.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even in times when I have messed up in my work here at TaskUs, I have never been made to feel like it was anything other than an opportunity to learn and improve.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team is always willing to help out when necessary. There is a real sense of teamwork and share responsibility among all of the TaskUs team members I work with on a regular basis.
