I'd say it's amazing! I've been here for more than 5 years and I'm looking forward for more. The company has given me opportunities to grow and I'll be forever thankful. From being an agent last 2014 to a Senior Operations Manager last February 2020, the ride has been amazing.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package is competitive. The 2 free HMO dependents is what stands out. Health is wealth!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We say "frontline first" and we stick to it! We are the first BPO company to declare WFH until the end of 2020 and our employees love it!
What makes you most happy at work?
The teamwork that our team has! While some folks might think that their tasks are routinary, we are excited for each day because of the challenges we overcome as a team and the learnings that come with it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The open communication. You are able to reach out to any of our leaders almost about anything! The Connect 15 sessions help us meet leaders of other departments and help us understand more about them and share a bit of both about our life outside of TaskUs.
