There are some hiccups with lower management that are not addressed. Overall company is great to work for, benefits are great and the pay is fair however an improvement could be better communication for reviews, more mentoring and coaching. Very little done at the lower management level.

Great company, good communication and transparency, not much room for growth or promotion. Unlimited PTO is great and WFH for work life balance.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yearly raises for all departments, wellness benefit of yearly Gym was a great perk that got taken away.
