In my 10+ years of working in this industry, TaskUs has always been consistent in making sure we put our people first before profit and this has shown huge impact to people's lives, also,the way our leaders connect to our people is just one thing we are proud of because not all company does it.

My team is very competitive, tough and can always get things done.

My PMO team is one of the coolest here in TaskUs, as they do play a big role in the organization from getting things done to an amazing leadership.

They work in harmony towards our frontline first company in every decision and empowers the teammates to hear their voices by giving us programs focusing on diversity and leadership development.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Personally, my HMO dependents not to mention in our organization diversity rocks! as they honor gender equality for this kind of benefit and that is something you won't see from other companies.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's not that it's unfair, it's more of looking at the current value of our job in the market vs on what we have, which doesn't have much changes in the last 4 years.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my job where I can help my IS and be involved in projects that creates a huge impact to our teammates lives, thus having opportunities to do this makes me feel inspired and happy at work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being a frontline first company is always the most positive vibe in TaskUs, from working in an office environment to a work at home model solidifies the culture no matter how the world evolves, TaskUs always put people first.

Our leaders do not only focus on our performance at work, what I appreciate about them is that they also look after our teammate's wellness, given we're on a new normal, I am just grateful that our leaders are consistent about supporting our wellness with every circumstance.
What makes you most happy at work?
My leaders are very supportive of my development and would give me projects that will help me learn from it, not only for work but also they value the importance of self-worth by giving us a better perspective in life and to continue do what we love outside work.
