It's been a difficult year (2020 + early 2021) for most, given weather disasters and the pandemic. But TaskUs has accommodated it's employees as best as any company can. They've given us security & stability during a very unstable time.

Diversity - with regard to experience levels, age, ethnicity and socio-economic backgrounds

My role includes unlimted PTO + my current medical benefit plan is at a semi-low cost.

We have a diverse team with people from around the world. Even virtual zoom calls are interesting and fun.

Good /Positive energy - it surrounds us both while onsite and coming from our leaders (through virtual meetings and correspondence)

I was interviewed by a diverse group - people from both inside and outside of the dept that I currently work in
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The flexibility given to employees with regard to work / home life balance is incredible. I've never worked for a company that understands this more than TaskUs and their leaders.
