I have been at TaskUs for 18 months, travel globally, and my team is mostly located offshore. We get to engage with all levels of the company often. Ostensibly, everyone is held to two expectations: (1) do you produce results and (2) do you put others before yourself.

People work hard and keep each other honest by speaking the truth openly, by listening to each other, by having constructive debate, by hold each other to a high standard of emotional intelligence and of caring for all employees at any level.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fast growing environment that is biased towards action and not overly risk-averse allows for smart compromises on company objectives for the sake of making fast and notable progress. This creates an environment where creativity and collaboration thrive - the two things I value most in my work.
