The company values have shaped our interactions with each other. We can inspire and motivate each other just by applying these values in our day to day life at work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The pandemic has not stopped them from being accessible to the employees. More virtual meetings have been set to widen their reach across all geographies. Each and every feedback is heard, looked into, substantiated, and acted on.
What makes you most happy at work?
While there may be pressure in trying to meet the daily deliverables, knowing that I have my teammmates available to guide me offers so much comfort and relief. I look forward to the group chats and meetings we have that helps me de-stress.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Since day 1 I have felt the support and encouragement not just from my local team but also from the global team. This is important for someone who is new to the company. I have been recognized for the work I have done. This encourages me to push for more.
