Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I am very happy and above all, thankful to TaskUs. The past months have been difficult with the pandemic going on but TaskUs has made great action to make everything easier. I am thankful for my job, new people and experiences, and a great mentor that inspires me to do more and look beyond.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most positive thing would be the consistency.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the transparency and actual care for the people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team would be the diversity and yet continuous cooperations and support for one another.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best would be the early HMO for our dependents since most company usually wait until the regularization of the employee for that.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happy about work is that going to work makes me feel important and vital to to the progress of the company with my own set of tasks.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the transparency they show and the time they take to actually meet their employees to check on them not just as employees but as individuals with lives outside of work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
TaskUs is a people first company. It was the main reason I joined and I am happy to say that it's being people first has never wavered. I have seen people go to lengths to prioritize their people through actions and great communication.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about our compensation is the HMO. I was insured in a matter of weeks and my dependents a few weeks after. This was really good news to me as I joined the company around the time of the pandemic which really called for a good HMO.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is that even when things get busy with deliverables, we remain a team that looks out for each other outside of work. People make an effort to be a helping hand no matter how busy because we're a team and we achieve together.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happy at work is that I know that the people around me are genuinely invested not only in my capacity to do work and contribute to the company but my own growth as a person. There are sessions and activities that focus on our own wellness and our own development.
