Everyone works together to achieve a common goal - discussions are very positive and solution oriented and not to avoid ownership.

Can't name one - the transparency through various levels, ownership / accountability, the leaders actually caring about work life balance, ridiculous culture flowing top to bottom, leaders walking the talk and the list goes on and on...
