its good for the first year, then become stagnant then the management change and it goes down from there. Offered higher position but suddenly pay will be the same. not being paid right.

It is fun, enjoyable and not stressful

I am promoted hoping my salary will go up but they just retained it. More job same pay

they take care of me and still give me freedom not micromanaging cause they trust that I will do my job
