Taskus has always had a special place in my heart. The memories I have working on site and the people I have worked with are very memorable.

The company had great people when I had started here. Which is the main reason why a lot of people stay. But when the culture and people no longer reflect that, I don't think it's worth staying.

My team is very vocal and transparent.

Being able to feel the fulfillment and satisfaction of doing a good job.

To be productive and at the same time building relationships with my fellow teammates.

They are approachable and very reliable. They treat us as equals and are great leaders overall.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I hope that the salary packages for all teammates, regardless of campaign, are a bit more competitive as compared to the other companies within Clark/Pampanga
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay could be alittle bit higher given how high expenses are at the moment. It seems like the only thing that is not increasing is our paycheck.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is not only comprised of people I work with professionally, but also people I feel comfortable hanging out with outside work! Some of us share the same passion and hobbies and get along with each other very well.
