The company is good it's just that it has a very low salary. Could have been better for WFH to have a little more allowance for the internet and electric bills

salary is very low I can't keep up with my bills
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Even the salary is low. If we can have a leader (SOM/OM) that is very professional and setting as an example with the team, SINCERE, knew about our processes well and also working with us properly to understand the workflow not just someone giving us orders without understanding what it is
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Starting with leaders SOM, she should be true to us and professional, should not be giving us a boost review score just because she feels like it or because its what she think we should all have. How come a SOM will give order to a TL to give us all a 3 without giving us any reason or basis?
