What makes you most happy at work?
It's not toxic. Also, when it's our rest day, we're not pressured to finish our deliverables so we can really take time for ourselves.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We support and can rely on one another. We work as a team and make sure that everyone is aligned so we can meet our goal.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They provide candid feedback so we can do our tasks better and we can improve as an individual. Likewise, they are also receptive to the feedback given to them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a frontliner-first company so we are taken care of without compromising the business. For example, during the early days of pandemic, the company was able to process the logistics right away and have us do a work at home setup.
