Full of disappointment, the core values are nothing but marketing for those outside of the company. Been lied to, threatened and constantly moved around. None of the promises made to me prior to me taking on new projects were kept. There is no career path here for me. "Business needs" come first

Just pay me the industry standard and stop telling us we are "higher bracket" when our colleagues in other BPOs get almost 1/3 more than we do
