I'm so grateful to be here in this company. Despite on what's happening now (covid) you can sense that this company is not letting their employees to face a new problem like .. having no job or work. This WFH program that this company offers gives everyone a new life.

I gave 9 in my rating but my best company so far is this company. the environment is great. They are very positive. They avoid toxicity.

Environment, friends, co-workers , incentives etc.

They are so quick learners and you can see to them that they are competitive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think its the wellness program. Since it was my 1st time to see a company having this kind of care on their employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't think that we are undervalued. Maybe, that's the best offer that they can provide. But I'm looking forward that they can increase it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We help each other. In fact, my team is performing well. As far as I can see we don't have any bad issues in our team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team, the mgnt cuz the listen to us. I haven't been in the office cuz we work from home. And I'm hoping that they implement the Permanent WFM cuz it is very beneficial to us also for the company.
