Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall company is great, they have great amenities and good people. Main concern is compensation, though there are growth in the company its not enough since opportunities are limited. Economy prices are too high and compensation makes me feel I am paid minimum given i am a collage graduate.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With world crisis of imports making prices higher and cost of living is higher, work salary and compensation is no longer enough to support my family. With the drought in china i expect prices on food and basic needs will sky rocket. Transport cost is already high I no longer feel its worth it.
