it is indeed a roller coaster ride, i'd love the task us and it's values but it's getting really challenging this past few months

there are few benefits being given to the leads

well the compensation is good but maybe for promotion the basic should be increased instead of the allowance

they are supportive and are good followers, they are bold to share their insights and are all goods in their crafts
