The experience was far great, though I think the culture is not for everyone. I wouldn't last with the company this long.

I'm not sure. I think this is how it works for internal movement.

We always work as a team and make sure that no one is left behind

The work environment is great and it's relaxing somehow. The culture is mostly applicable only to operations.
