I love that the leadership team is NOT just focused on hitting goals, but their people's development.

We provide each other w/ the feedback that we need to hear and not what we want to be flattered with.

My interviewer seemed really sincere in trying to get to know me as a person and not just as a potential employee

My team understands that there is no ONE superstar in the group. We all have our parts to play and we do them to the best of our abilities.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As opposed to just calling out mistakes (that I experienced in my previous companies), we make a conscious effort to look for people who do what's right to recognize and show our appreciation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that I feel valued and heard in TaskUs. I also appreciate that instead of avoiding difficult conversations or sugar-coating challenges, we discuss them as a group and plan our moving forward actions together.

We care about mental health. We find ways so people can pursue their passion. We advocate and support people's purposeful activities. We take diversity and inclusivity seriously and create spaces where people feel safe and accepted.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to be a part of a company that makes a difference in the lives of its employees, our customers, and the world. I see my work directly impacting the people and the programs I support.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most companies believe that customers come first, others think it should be the shareholders. In TaskUs, our people come first. We believe that when we take care of our employees, they will take care of our customers and their clients.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We rally together to meet targets, are not afraid to call each other out when we make mistakes, and provide help/solutions to those who need it. We understand that radical candor means talking about what's not comfortable so we can improve as a group.
What makes you most happy at work?
I, directly and indirectly, give people the ability to provide for themselves and their families. My work challenges me. My team works WITH me. My mistakes are corrected with the intent to teach not to penalize. My supervisors acknowledge my accomplishments and celebrate it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I love about the team is how they provide us with tools to succeed, give guidance, trust that we can execute, then just gets out of the way. There's nothing more empowering than the idea that they will support how we run our programs, but will always be available if we need help.
