The experience was great and everybody is working towards a positive work environment, however, accounts such as ours provide no motivations in terms of incentives and paid OT.

I experienced no bullying and misrepresentation from any of the company personnel

We were not getting OT pay for our services beyond our shift

They listened and helped but not enough support on things that matters to us
