Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better salary for my position as I received a little bit increase from my previous wage as Customer Support.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In my new position, even though my GROSS salary increased by 200, the amount that I receive right now is almost the same with my prevous position as a teammate. I do understand that as I teammate I had to work night shifts, holidays etc but when you get a promotion I think that it's essential.
